We hope you love every Raw Elements product, but we understand that everyone’s taste is a little different. For health and safety reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges. For a replacement or refund, please email contact@rawelementsusa.com with your order number, email address used to purchase, image of product received and reason for request. For returns on orders over $50, the customer will be responsible for shipping the unopened/unused items back. All requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping Information

• We are NOT responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping address twice before placing your order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

• Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel orders or make any changes to the following: items in the order, shipping address, payment method, or shipping method. Orders are immediately sent to our distribution center for fulfillment and cannot be edited.   

• All orders over $50 within the contiguous USA qualify for free standard shipping 

• With UPS Surepost service your package will be delivered to your local post office by UPS and then final delivery to your destination address will be made by the USPS. Once the package changes hands from UPS to USPS, a USPS tracking number is assigned and can be found on the UPS tracking site. Typical transit time for orders shipped via Surepost is 7 days. • Orders ship from our Huntington Beach, CA warehouse Monday through Friday with the exception of USA holidays.
