Bio Resin is produced from sustainable Sugar cane crops capturing CO2 from the atmosphere vs. traditional petroleum which releases CO2. The green polyethylene help reduce greenhouse gases and reduces our carbon footprint significantly. Our sugar cane tube is 100 % recyclable, with a PCR resin cap.

Once you open the cap or apply a generous portion to your skin, you will smell a botanical citrus mint scent on your skin for a brief time. We tested this formula in extreme conditions such as the coastal areas in August, hiking the Sierras, to the sleepy docks of Lake Michigan in late summer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be accompanied with an #RMA obtained from a customer service rep at Raw Elements. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds or credits will be equivalent to price at time of purchase. Credit cards will be credited back to your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Return shipping fees are not reimbursable unless we explicitly ask for the product to be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to refund shipping costs.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
